This is posted from my home internet — no VPN or proxy active on my end. Not sure why the tool is flagging it, could be my ISP's IP range (CGNAT/shared IPs happen with some providers)

I closed my shop a while back after dealing with a lot of chargebacks, but I never scammed anyone. At some point while I was away, someone impersonated me and scammed a small amount. Even though I wasn’t the one who did it, I still paid back the $90 to make things right.

It’s been a long time since then, and I’ve stayed out of trouble. I just want to come back and trade again like before. I understand why the DNT was placed, but since the victim was fully repaid and I’ve always done my best to stay legit, I think I deserve another chance.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:I respect the staff and the rules here. I’ve always tried to keep a clean record and do the right thing. I just want a fair shot to rebuild my name and be part of the community again. Thanks for taking the time to look into this.

Yeah that's my account made it to remove the DNT I honestly forgot about it. Is there a way to get it deleted?

“I want to explain what happened. At the time, I was young and didn’t have enough knowledge about domain management to prevent it from expiring. I was also dealing with a lot at the time and wasn’t able to stay on top of the renewal. Because the domain lapsed, scammers were able to exploit it, and someone ended up being victimized as a result.


I want to be clear that I did not carry out the scam myself. However, since it happened through a domain that was under my name, I felt it was the right thing to do to take responsibility. That’s why I chose to personally repay the victim — not because I was guilty of the scam, but because I understood that my lack of oversight created the opportunity for it to happen, and I didn’t think that was fair to them.


I also want to note that I no longer own this domain. Since it’s no longer associated with me, I’d like to request that it be removed from any posts, listings, or profiles referencing it.”
