We appreciate this community and take every report seriously and appreciate the chance to shine some light on some issues that happen behind the scenes.

We understand how important trust is in this space, and it's something we've built our platform around. Every withdrawal, every bet, and every account on our platform is logged with full detail. The evidence we have on file tells a very clear story.

After a thorough review of the accounts referenced in this report, we can confirm the following:
✦ During our review process, we were directly contacted by our sportsbook partner who flagged this player and their associated accounts for malicious betting practices. This is not an internal assumption, this is an external report brought to us by our sportsbook, who have since banned all accounts linked to this individual across our platform. We acted on that information immediately and took the appropriate measures on our end.
✦ Multi accounting which alone we wouldn't really mind, however when considering advantage play in sports + potential money laundering risk, we are forced to take action at that point
✦ all his accounts follow the exact same betting pattern, small blackjack hands and then directly into sports abuse (advantage play)
✦ we detected a money laundering pattern as well: deposit -> wager (received refund) -> withdraw same amount -> makes a new account and repeat

To be straightforward with this community: this report was filed by a user after their accounts were banned for abuse, not the other way around.
We welcome any neutral third-party review of our documentation and are confident it will speak for itself.
