I've been a customer of ryguys since December 2025. In that time, I've supported his streams by purchasing subscribers for other followers, subscribed to his "Inner Circle Subscription on a rolling monthly basis and gifted him over 450usd to gamble. We built that close of a friendship I was a "VIP" rank on his Twitch stream, and I always made the time to join, engage and support the community.

I was browsing his discord last night, and I noticed something that was concerning that I hadn't noticed so far. He advertises that under his referral code, I'll recieve 20% rakeback based on what I wager.

So far, since creating an account on March 5 2026 I've wagered 7746usd. Meaning that every Sunday, 20% of what I've wagered should be recieved as a reward for supporting him. Across the entire time totals 1549.2usd.

I dropped him a message to query this, and the response was that he doesn't owe me nothing and that because I'm not on his weekly leaderboard, this is why I haven't recieved it. Yet week on week, he pushes the narrative through advertisements of "CUSTOM 20% RAKEBACK" which I've attached images but in reality, he's misleading people and taking advantage of their wager. Ultimately scamming the money he should be paying back to his customers.

Moving forward, he began to get abusive and finding middle ground was proving difficult. It was difficult to be spoken in this way, with a person I've invested so much time into, he turned into someone else speaking some really evil words to me. He mentioned my family, my religion, and circumstances which simply don't concern him. I afforded him many opportunities to settle this without this reaching here, as I understand the impact these posts can make on reputations, but I've been forced to. To add to this, he offered to pay me 1.25B which is far short of the 1549.2usd he owes, and I'm requesting he pays the 1549.2usd IN FULL.

I'd love to know the true number of what he owes his other customers, and it's very dissapointing that for someone who's got big sponsorships and a big customer base he's using such tactics to draw them into spending money without delivering on his promise, something which is becoming more common from other visitors of his streams/ discord server.

I'm also dissapointed that he tried to get me to accept 1.25B by writing a note it was settled BEFORE I'd recieved it. Knowing that once I send such a message, I don't have a leg to stand on. Shocking.

Im hoping that from this post, he will be more mindful of how he markets his products, and how he speaks to people when things don't go the right way.

Update: Ryguys has now updated his wording on his most recent discord announcement to "earn 10% back from what I recieve on your wager". You couldn't get more solid evidence of someone back tracking than this. I'm glad I've done what I have. Now it's time to pay up ryguys. Thank you for your attention on this matter. Hey there, so sad I even have to reply to something like this in 2026, but im here for it! What kind of extortion method is this? L0L. I have made $20 off his referral and am nice enough to offer %20 of WHAT i RECIEVE back to him as pre screen shot (250b = free 100m) Anyone in there right mind would know this makes no sense. I offered him 1.5b cause hes a friend as he is extremely down bad and doesn't stop begging for money, i guess he went to this extreme which truly saddens me -- Screenshot - 02cc9e50316d35d348e7463e8f1c6b94 - Gyazo Below is the $22 i've made off his referral so technically he would be DUE for ($4.40) Which i can send to him np if an addy is provided. The point of the post is, you've mis-sold your products through deception and proven that you're scamming people of something you haven't/ can't delivered on.

If I didn't highlight something so big, then why during our conversation did you release an announcement of "10% rakeback back from what I recieve on your wager" and also DELETING the previous posts of "CUSTOM 20% RAKEBACK". You were there abusing me, belittling me trying to twist it to make me feel like I was wrong in questioning you, but ultimately you proved yourself wrong, and that you are a scammer.

L0L i changed it so i dont have another person so down bad trying to make something good i offer into something more, the fact that this is a free reward noone else offers and im dealing with this is just insane
