Explanation of the trade:
I purchased the account from him on March 15 and paid the full amount. On that day, I did not feel comfortable, as he had not activated the ticket tool and transcript system.

It was originally an Ironman account and had been modified into a regular account. He sold everything before I purchased it. It previously had empty equipment slots valued at over 400–500 million. However, when I received it, the total value did not exceed 8 million.

I worked on the account for several months until it reached 2225 total level, and this was its state when I initially purchased it. imgur.com
He had Bowfa+full crystal+and some Magic gear and Already got all zulrah items pipe+trident+serp

I recorded the entire chat, including what was in the ticket and our private messages. I believe there is an issue, as he does not have a transcript system and has not enabled it. This indicates bad intent from the beginning. I had already asked him about it, and he told me it was an issue that he would resolve.

He purchased the account from me over a month ago. At the time of the sale, the account was completely clean, with no prior bans or warnings. There is a clear rule, which must be agreed upon before opening a ticket, stating that I am not responsible for any bans or issues regarding the account after one month of purchase. Furthermore, everyone in the community is aware that there has been a massive wave of bans recently due to gold trading. When he bought the account, it was completely empty. He was the one who transferred gold and high-tier gear onto it to perform bossing/PvM, which is the direct reason why the account was flagged and banned. Therefore, I strongly dispute these claims. I am very disappointed and upset that he is attempting to tarnish my reputation and the reputation of my service without any justification

 

The one-month responsibility you are referring to is not in relation to Real World Trade bans - this would be in regards to if the account is locked/recovered/lost access/etc.. RWT bans can happen as you yourself know considering you are a GP seller.

If this was the case everyone would just buy mains/accounts/mules, RWT on them & go back for a refund if RWT banned.

Sorry for your loss but we cannot hold @Flash Service liable for a RWT ban you obtained.
