We dont moderate other peoples discord servers.

Additionally, we normally only punish people for spamming if it occurs within the realms of sythe/sythe discord servers. (Using sythe /sythe discord to mass DM people). If i were to punish him here for this, it would be somewhat similar to punishing someone for spamming offsite on another forum.
