I messaged Headshot this but am being ignored

We never discussed terms / commission percentage in our PM's, so it has to be in his Discord server

So that means he's either hiding a chat channel from us or he deleted messages

 

@Headshot can you comment on the above please.
I have reviewed the transcript and can confirm that there's no discussion about ToS nor about commission rates. It starts with you telling Searchy to submit payment screenshots in that channel and then you would confirm you'd have received it.
If this info is indeed not in your direct messages, it's likely this was discussed elsewhere.

@Zora I prefer to keep all communication within this Sythe thread. @Searchy has reviewed every chat log where business was discussed. As I’ve already stated, at no point did either party discuss chargebacks in chat logs or messages those terms were clearly outlined in the TOS.

I have reviewed my direct messages with both of his accounts. If any prior discussion had taken place, our first interaction would reasonably have been through private messages but nothing is there as well.

My devs and I have reviewed all records. He only had access to two channels for communication within my server. Had he not initially ignored my request to review and accept the TOS, we likely would have discussed these matters further in pms bringing clarity to the issue at hand right now

 

@Headshot has let me know via a post report that his Zelle has been locked.
I have asked for proof that it's related to the transactions of this report. Unfortunately it looks like Headshot is unable to provide this. Without proof of a charge back, we cannot hold @Searchy liable for this. So please pay @Searchy promptly.

@Searchy will however receive a TWC for poor trading practices. They were asked numerous times to sign the ToS agreement but instead ignored the request. Searchy was also aware of Headshots rules and guidelines regarding payments. Even if Headshot made exceptions for $1k+ payments, Searchy circumvented this by taking various payment methods (and the buyer even said he would have a relative send a payment). You can dispute your TWC in 30 days.
