Hello, this is the official Eldorado.gg account. We were banned for scamming, but the situation was misunderstood. The seller in question was banned on our platform because they used two different IDs, which violates our verification rules. The funds were placed on hold for review, not to withhold payment unfairly.
That said, the lifetime ban issued by our agent may have been too strict, and we acknowledge that this could have been handled with more leniency or clearer communication. We can provide screenshots and full proof if needed.
