    1) I have every right to criticize your professionalism and lack of cooperation. I have not insulted you at all.

    2) So you just deliver anything to your clients. Churn and burn.

    3) I did not agree to your excuses. I was patient for long enough, but I had to push you and even generously give you extra time. I am your client, I am not your manager. I should not have to keep pushing you. I even advised you stop bumping, which you ignored. If you were so busy out of town with friends, etc etc, then why were you bumping????

    4) You cannot just explain away deceptive behaviour. Even if you were negligent, you are responsible for falsely claiming you made his work. Even if you really were just careless that is your fault.

    5) I am reporting you because you are not professional, do not deliver a satisfactory product, constantly have excuses for delays, you have a churn and burn approach, you do not discuss progress of each pieces, and you do not revise with any effort or communication about the vision. GFX is all about the art and vision of the client. Again, you have more than 1 report open against you, and others on discord unsatisfied. All you do is deflect, be defensive, and refuse to work with your clients. I offered you the most generous points of negotiation out of all other dissatisfied clients, and you even ignored those. I am now no longer willing to offer extra time. It is insane how generous I have already been.

    6) Every DM I sent you was respectful, so I do not understand this point.

    7) I didn't receive my completed work. You even claimed you had completed my work before I even pointed out you hadn't sent the "FAQ". It's beyond a joke how incompetent you are. You did not even check once the original list of what I ordered and checked you had delivered all pieces. You rushed everything to call it a day and move on to the next $ spender. You haven't revised any of the problems like text alignment, the glitchy eye on my mascot/character, and the Liam's Group logo.

    8) Please cite where I have asked mods to punish you. You are being childish and emotional. All I have tried to do with this report is obtain the necessary oversight to ensure you do your job as a professional. Otherwise, do I need to wait 6 months for the work to finally be completed? Or do I just get incomplete work and you call it a day? Again, Insane.


    Since opening this report I worked with another GFX artist for my new avatar and banner. The artist communicated with me daily and sent screenshots of progress. He also let me review drafts and ask my preference on how to proceed. You did not even do this once. You are making a big mistake in how you approach business, and I hope you can learn from this.

    You do not care about your clients, you only care about making a quick $, and that sir, will lead you to miserable failure eventually. It is starting to fall apart for you now because YOU made this mistake (if it makes you feel better, you are not the first and not the last). I am sorry to break it to you, but you cannot just take the money and deliver whatever you want.

    YOU are the reason you have a bad reputation, NOT me or anybody else. YOU are the reason you have reports open against you. YOU are the reason others are not satisfied. You have the audacity to complain that I censored their names. Of course I will censor their names. You should reflect on how you conduct yourself as a service owner. As a sythe member of 10+ years I am telling you now, you are one of the worst individuals I have ever done business with regarding GFX, and this is precisely why I am bothering to fight for what is right here.

    Let me make it crystal clear and you can choose to delude yourself or not. I am unsatisfied with the overall package. I was supportive and patient throughout, but you have not worked to agreed time frames and have not revised the subtitles, eye glitch on the mascot, and have not revised the Liam's Group logo WHILE communicating with me. Again, if you are outsourcing this to workers then you need to make sure they understand the instructions. If they cannot understand English, that is YOUR problem. Not mine. If you cannot understand my instructions, then it is YOUR job to seek clarification. YOU are the service PROVIDER and I am the client. It is that simple. I have given you so much time. I even gave you extra time in this report which you ignored. You are just hoping a mod can wave a magic wand and free you of any responsibility.

    Not once did you ever put in any effort to resolve the issue or work with me to fix the work. Not once did you communicate with me or send me progress reports on any revisions. Not once did you even attempt any revision despite me pointing them out over several days in this report. You even chose to ignore me in public. That demonstrates to all reading this how little you care about your clients. What an atrocious way to run a service.

    @Smite Services When you create GFX for a customer without providing updates during the process, you risk delivering a final product they may not like. This could be avoided with clearer communication throughout the order.

    The revisions and changes @Liam requested appear reasonable. Please complete these revisions in a timely manner.

    @Smite Services feel free to reach out to me on discord to discuss or check anything if you need to. I am willing to work with you on this. Maybe let's do it in steps;

    1) the basic revisions to the subtitles and glitchy eye (just make the eyes look normal some how)

    2) let's work on the Liam's Group logo. Perhaps you can give me a couple of options to choose from, or show me some fonts etc. Based on the examples I sent, so just simple and clean, but it will need to be suitable for a website header.

    It is late right now in my timezone but I just want to acknowledge this update immediately to confirm I've seen it.

    I confirm that I received the edited versions. As I stated in a previous post, I would consider that a settlement.

    Thank you, @Zora, once again for intervening. I know it was a lot to read through and check, and I appreciate all of your time.

    Also, thank you, @Smite Services , for promptly making the revisions after Zora’s intervention. However, I hope that in the future you can be more proactive and communicative, as you were uncooperative with the revisions until a moderator stepped in. This would help avoid unnecessary delays and conflict going forward.

    Thanks both for the cooperation.

    As the reporting party (@Liam) has confirmed they’re satisfied with the outcome, this report will be marked resolved.

    Regarding the point about Corby/deception: since Smite Services did in fact create GFX for a Discord user named Corby and linked the correct thread, I’m treating this as an honest miscommunication rather than intentional deception. No action will be taken on that part.

    That said, @Smite Services, your communication throughout this order, along with the delay in delivery, is concerning. Issues like this can result in a TWC if they continue. Consider this a warning: improve your communication and turnaround times to avoid future problems.

    There are still two more open reports involving you, so while a TWC is not being issued here, it may still be placed depending on the outcomes of those reports.
