Amount scammed: hcim account ($180 iirc)
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: 1352626482601656412 osseller
Proof that it's their Discord:
Explanation of the trade: bought a hcim account from him, months later its locked, as seller to unlock which he said he cant do as hes not the OO. I checked TOS which says lifetime warranty and as nothing was said before sale i assumed hed respect but he wont unlock, replace or refund
How they scammed: sold account without telling me theyre not the OO and have 0 chance of unlocking the account, breaking their TOS

Hi im sorry this was before I set up the system to save logs. So i dont have the chat. Only have this which is my TOS when creating a ticket

Im not sure if this is worded unclearly but as it mentions, I provide lifetime warranty if email is its linked to my email account, which it is not in this case. If email is not linked to my email account, its a standard 1 month warranty, which has run out.

Pls let me know how to proceed.

@Skilled Services @Iron Seller - is this the correct purchase price of the account? If not, please provide any proof of payment that either of you may have.

Im sorry but Im not sure of the value. If the buyer is claiming that value, I have nothing to refute him to say otherwise.

Please let me know how to proceed here.

@Skilled Services sent me what he believes to be his payment receipt via discord (in spoiler below).
The receipt aligns with the vouch that @Skilled Services left for @Iron Seller on 7/29/2025.

@Iron Seller, are you able to confirm that you received the $85 on 7/29/2025 for the sale of this account?

Sold me an account quick and easy. Thank you

Hi, yes checked usdt recieved and I did recieve this $83.5 USDT on 29/07

I spoke with @Skilled Services via discord and he confirmed that @Iron Seller had disclosed that he was the original owner of the account before and after the trade occurred. While it might be difficult to unlock the account due to it being made on a proxy, it does not mean that @Iron Seller is not the original owner.

The account was sold on July 29th, 2025 and the account was locked 32 days later on August 30th, 2025. The terms of service that customers are required to acknowledge/agree to upon creating a ticket in the server state that if you register your own email address on the account the warranty period is 1 month. This trade is unfortunately outside of the warranty period so we would not be able to force @Iron Seller to refund this transaction.
