How they scammed: kicked me out of the server without giving my deposit back .

Hello , I'm making this cause i feel like i got scammed so i'm happy to show you the case and you judge if i'm wrong or not
First of all : i was working in swift service (Swift Services) i make deposit of 500m and worked there for a while till i got trusted worker role , everything was going okay until one of the customers i was working with started to talk with me in private about the game and life stuff (Tos of the server are saying we can't dm) so i took a ss and showed it to the manager there , and he told me I have to let him know that he can't dm me and i did that , this customer kept ordering till he got 10% discount role , and the server tax there are 30% so that was 40% off order values and i didn't like this , so i kept avoiding tickets for that customer after while of not taking orders from him , he dmed me again and he was confused and asked if i'm still working with swift or nah , tbh i explained everything to him and i guess he talked with swift about that tax and low prices , after that swift scolded me severely and removed trusted role and from me as a punishment (I'm not sure if this still count as dm or no , as i've not made any deals on behalf of swift and i wasn't working with the customers and he the one who started but i respected this punishment , cause i know tos says he has the right to kick me from the server for that ) after removing the trusted role i stopped taking orders for a while as i have only 500m deposit but that was okay for me and lucky i'm he gave me trusted role again after 1/2 months ) all this story was like 9 months ago or maybe more , what happened next is that i woke up to find out that i got banned from swift's server without doing anything else (he only mentioned that i got banned for dming customers which i got punished already before ) i dmed him to give me my deposit and he claimed that i am dming customers again and sending them discord links
when i asked him if he has any evidences on this , he blocked me
Saying report me on sythe and we will see, all ss i will put below with descriptions next to it ,

When I Punishment by Removed His trusted Role he Told me That ::
u took the trusted role and left work for a while. I wasn't the one who chose this punishment for myself.

He Can Leave Me Then Do what Ever He Want Are That Normal To Make Client Speak In Dms And Private Deal Or leave Server Or Things Like That And if that Happened I told In My Tos i can't accept That And That Will Make U Get Ban And That The Next Time Did Same

 

1. When I issued the ban, he responded rudely. He didn’t try to understand me, and since my grammar isn’t perfect, I tried to speak in Arabic voice messages. But even then, he kept saying the same thing — that my grammar and spelling were bad — and started mocking me instead of communicating respectfully.

   How can my work be at risk when the worker accepted my rules before starting? I clearly told him multiple times that a ban could happen just for DMs, or even for a shared photo. The screenshot I sent shows that both sides were involved. Also, this wasn’t the first time — he knew from the beginning that the client was ours As Well First Problem Was with Same Client And his Friend Irl who Remove That Trusted Role Then We Added Again After Time

1. I understand you, brother. But he never told me that he was DMing the client. We all know the punishment for that is losing the Trusted role. And this wasn’t the first time — I had already told him clearly not to DM clients. Despite that, he continued working with me and never asked to leave either.

I also have proof that he replied to the client in DMs. The conversation was about moving him to another platform, and on that same platform, he gave a vouch for the client after completing his first job there. I’m 100% sure about this, and I have all the evidence
