    The currently advertised account (new) has lower stats. Unless these stats were faked, this is not the same account.

    The evidence implies that this is not the same account. It is possible that an account seller would create similar or even the same builds in batches.
    I find it suspicious that both accounts were banned for botting. One could argue that the seller used bots and did not inform you prior to the purchase (in reference to your previous report). However, this is not conclusive evidence.
    Given the above, I will not pursue this matter further, and I will close this report.
