osrs accounts that were prior serviced by them + $580 service fees. Total Valuation Approx. $1.9kUSD. As well as they took my deposit of $600. Total with deposit: $2,530 USD

Explanation of the trade: I started out buying services from these people, it turned into me processing payments for them via paypal, venmo, crypto, etc, for a small fee. I gave a $600 deposit to fur3oon
How they scammed: I botted two infernal capes + 53 thieving on their discord for a couple of their members, since I was "caught" by fur3oon, I forfeited my $600 deposit which I believed was fair (i guess). Unbeknownst to me, they also planned on hacking all of the accounts they had serviced for me prior to this happening. Accounts with quiver + infernal and 600m+ gp spread throughout all of the accounts that I had serviced. Accounts had no email registered, as I make them to resell. Woke up today to find emails registered on all of them and passwords changed. This is a total loss for me.

I have been banned from their server. This all seems like a money grab rather than protecting themselves and their customers. I offered to pay for their customers accounts if anything happened to them, as well as give them the deposit, but he would rather play it out this way because this is how he would get more money from me.

Also, this is him asking for the bot as well. So he was aware the entire time I was botting, we would joke about it regularly in a friendly manner, because we were friends. I'm sure he will try to explain this away somehow.

First of all, I would like to welcome everyone: Regarding this report, the individual in question has been active on our server for the past three months. He has indeed purchased services, which were delivered successfully and without issue. As for the current theft claim he has made: We had an agreement for a mutual exchange, wherein he would receive unsupported payment methods in my country in return for a proportional monetary fee. This arrangement was carried out as agreed. This individual also introduced himself as a skilled provider of the "Infernal Cape" service and proceeded to broker deals for both the Infernal Cape and the Quiver. We did not object to this under the principle of "mutual benefit." However, we suspected that this individual was using bots to provide services, which is a prohibited action among all service providers, including ourselves. Upon tracking his activities across service-providing servers, we discovered that he had indeed purchased a bot for conducting Infernal Cape and Quiver deals with customers. We already have a client who has been banned.

After 1 day of botting from that guy When confronted with solid evidence, he initially denied it but eventually admitted to the misconduct. As per our service terms, we liquidated his wallet and removed him from the server to safeguard our customers and our reputation.

Regarding the accounts he claims were stolen, we have no knowledge of them. He previously purchased services from us, which were delivered successfully without any tampering with his accounts. His last order was delivered on 31/12/2024, exactly 10 days ago.

According to our terms of service, customers are required to change their passwords after each service. This indicates that he failed to change his passwords as stipulated. If he is the actual owner of these accounts, he can easily recover them. Alternatively, if he purchased these accounts, the original provider should be able to recover them with ease. As for the claim that I was aware of his use of bots, I was merely trying to catch him to confirm whether or not he was actually using them. In the end, it was confirmed that he was indeed using bots, which is unacceptable for any service provider as it damages their reputation. Please excuse my English. 1. I agreed to no TOS. I never agreed to anything about servicing your accounts for you. You just let me do it.

2. This thread isn't about botting. You stopped servicing my currently being serviced accounts($240) after I had already paid, took my deposit for payments ($600), and then changed the email/pass/wiped banks of every account that you and only your hands TOUCHED(around $1.8k). Tell me why all of the accounts you haven't touched are just fine? Coincidence?

3. The account in question that was banned was a botted (40-90-1-90-94) account that FUR3OON SOLD HIM. He bought it for $50 and resold it to Wolf for $135. This is more likely the cause of his PERMANENT BAN. Not my 53 thieving I got him. Still, I was more than happy to replace his account with a much better one, or refund/compensate him generously. Once again though, this option was much more profitable for Fur3oon. To scapegoat me, plead ignorance, and then profit $2k+

4. I'm sorry Mr. Wolf, I wish I could have made this right for you. Hopefully Fur3oon does.

Regarding the accounts that were serviced - I have confirmed in the discord server for myself that you did in fact agree to the server's ToS as seen here. The relevant ToS regarding the claim of the accounts being hijacked can be seen here.

@Fur3oon Services will not be held liable for the accounts for the following reasons:

• The services were completed on the accounts and you failed to secure the accounts, despite agreeing to their ToS stating that you would.
• We cannot explicitly prove who attached the emails on the accounts in question, nor can we rule out the possibility of the accounts being serviced by a third party, nor the possibility that you purchased these as legacy accounts and the OO recovered them.

As for the $600 deposit, @Fur3oon Services please provide proof of any ToS agreed to regarding @Clearly Killing It working for your server and anything regarding his deposit.

If you have proof of reimbursing the customers whose accounts were banned while being serviced by @Clearly Killing It please provide that as well.
