I've gone ahead and banned you for scamming here

I've received and reviewed the transcript on this sale:
- You agreed to TOS inputted INTO the ticket directly on top of their TOS prior. This TOS references they are not responsible for bans after a sale has been made. This occurred after the sale and on your watch.
- I've reviewed the timeframe in which the account was completed as well which was well in advance (~2MO). A delayed banned of this timeframe doesn't appear likely.
- There are several inconsistencies noted throughout the ticket such as the account had an expired bot ban (not present), you didn't even get a chance to add membership on it (which it was present), & so forth.

Expos is not liable for a refund here. If you'd like to utilize the Community Repayment for this amount you can certainly do so as you please. The wallet can be found here

Keep in mind, however, that this account still now belongs to @DavidBowie so if there is an overturn of the blackmark from the appeal he should be helped to re-secure this @Keith / @Obbytankacc
