Explanation of the trade:
Nexus has been a worker of ours for quite a while now. He started insulting the team, saying that we lie, steal from workers and don't pay. Started saying rumors about us to other workers to try and drag them into his discord. He recently starting working on his discord when I realized he started copying our price list (that supposedly was extremely bad since the management team takes a profit off and that we take way too much and only pay workers about 40%)

**We also never forced workers to take jobs and offer them as an easy yes / no question. They also know the pay at the start of the service so no reason for them to take it if they are not happy with it.


- This was last week - i had asked him to revamp his discord and he blocked me so no way of me seeing if this is changed.

After this - he started PMING people asking them to get services from him as he will do cheaper then us.


How they scammed: Plagiarism Discord - copied our price list with minor changes to some prices (sometimes by only 0.01$ just to under cut)
Most of his pictures are the same and pricing way is exactly the same as us, just some our different, but some are even the same.

Some jobs were completed in our discord and he posted it in his discord has completed jobs like they were done via his discord

Here is him PMing our STAFF team asking for work (twice) - First time my mod decided to help him cause he felt bad and thought he had a relationship with worker. After sending him money through our manager he went crazy and called him out for sending through our manager (as he didnt want our manager to know he asked for money)

Hi guys, good job defaming me, now it's my turn to give my version.
First of all I admit that I worked for you with an alternate account so as not to cause problems both with our discord servers, as in sythe by the rules.
Now I would like to comment that a lot of what you say is very badly structured in several factors:

1) when I asked them what they would pay, their “worker manager” wanted to give me a much lower percentage than the “40%” they supposedly paid, obviously in our language, which I really don't know if you understand it, it would be equivalent to 20% which is infinitely UNFAIR, don't you think so? if not, reconsider giving your “worker manager” a kick in the ass, example: how is it possible to get $20 for a job that “pays $30”?

2) I made sure to ask in the “HELP” chat one of the things we talked about in private “the prices” Screenshot now, you defame me after ADVISING ME WITH THE STAFF? funny. I changed most of the things you told me about my services discord, including the banner which is not the same as yours, is it? and all of this was discussed privately with you after you banned me from your server. prices and charging methods: Screenshot

3) I made the mistake of posting in my services discord the works that I DID and FINISHED when I worked for you, not all of them were coming from your server, now, in our chats, you warned me about that and I removed it. already having that removed thanks to your warnings, why are you defaming me after telling me to remove it?

4) you excuse yourselves by saying that you did not force them to accept jobs, obviously, doing services for many is a good way to earn money, so I ask the moderators, what would you do if they told you that they would not give you more jobs if you did not accept some or if they would give you less jobs for refusing one with a stupid pay? proof: Screenshot - Screenshot

5) it seems that they are taking to sythe a personal problem between me and their “worker manager”.

6) and that I wrote to the other workers to take them away, is false, I know them in person and I only told them about the bad payment that their “worker manager” gave us, if you have proof of that, please publish it in this report.

7) when I offered my services to his ADMIN, it was already because at one time I had done it with respect: Screenshot I did not believe that they would take that again and use it against me for this problem that they are creating. I have to say that if I have already worked for him, being independent, I can continue offering my services, therefore, it would be between ME and HIM, that is, if HE wants to give me work, I would accept it without intermediaries which is what they did not like since their “worker manager” is a shitty person who does not pay us what he should, that is, 40%.

8) I invite the staff of sythe to see our servers and verify all this garbage they say. After they told me REMOVE THIS AND THAT, obviously I edited it completely, but as I said, they take a personal problem between me and their “worker manager” to sythe.

Something to add: This report you are taking with screenshots that at the time you were talking to me, that is, when you made me DELETE and EDIT almost everything that was on your server, therefore, I see this report something stupid. they are much different prices since I work alone, from charging your high rates (example $60) now I can charge ($40) and everything is left to me.
my price changes were a 10-15% decrease, you had too much time to check them but seeing that you were kicked off my server, that's when you got worried which is stupid since I don't have your clients or the amount of clients that you have more or less.

I don't have to tell you or confirm anything, I have already made changes and you didn't notice it with all the time you had, because if plagiarism bothered you so much, you didn't seem very interested in reviewing it with all the time you had inside the server.

Now if I offer my services to someone I have already done services with or if he asks me for a service, I have no problem working with him, but I still do not spend my time writing to all your clients as you say or claim, which I do not know, since it seems you have no proof of any of that either. No proof needed, you just said you told him in person that we pay bad.....

1) so you're admitting that it's okay for a customer to write to me privately first?

2) it's not about mixing dates, it's that you say I come to you writing to your clients and Ruined came to me first.

3) I did not delete them, I hid the channels because of your warnings and to avoid creating more controversy. Once I made changes I started to make them public again. The post I made on my server was that I had made changes and added more stuff and a discount. Don't tell me you didn't have time to look at something you asked to be done.

4) I made a change of 10-15% less since I will not need intermediaries between me and the client, therefore, there is a big difference in the prices between the two servers. I invite some moderator and check both servers, and see if the plagiarism still exists. so we can know that at the time of your warnings, I changed everything related to your server and you come to cry just because you were banned from my server.

5) My service server has been open for a long time and it is curious that you say that I copied “All” your price lists, etc when clearly it was not so and to avoid controversy I decided to make changes and restructure many things on the server. It is curious when you say “Staff” and I remember that clearly that Ruined has Rank ADMIN. I insist, your admin came to me first.

This was mistake by me, they're different.

From reading report and doing multiple reviews of both servers I can't see any plagiarism, if @JayyKush wants to make new report with example of his server having items before other server he can.

In terms of other stuff mentioned in this report, I can't see any offenses which break our rules.
