WTF? Banned

Okay,I come back on the sythe to see that I have been banned by Cfrey,And it will never be lifted,and it was by Ban evading.

Just want to know 1 question:

If I get banned 5-7 months ago,I come back on sythe and i'm able to make a new account how is that Ban evading?

Please,explain that to me.

1.I'm not using a proxy.
2.I'm using the computer I got banned at.
3.Didn't switch ISP or Ip's

How I got banned in the first place:

As i explained,I tried to get my first account back (Teh MM) and no one replied,and I doubt anyone will reply to this.

I have never been scammed on sythe for something that is my fault.

A while back,Scimi k0 Sent me a keylogger and hacked all my RS,MSN and my sythe account.
He scammed someone and I recieved a ban,I come back 5-7 months later and i'm able to register.

I think Billyy knows him,I was around on my old account and used to associate with Billyy before I got banned and MSN was hacked.

Please explain why I received another ban for something I didn't do?
