Unjustified ban of 3 months + TWC. Please help ASAP!

To my horror after a kind of vacation/break, I see that I am banned on sythe!! This is so unfair. I have never scammed anyone, absolutely no one. I see that a report post has been made, which is completely wrong, in which lies are made, and there is no proof! This is so unfair. And I would like to make some things clear:

Situation:
Bloko bought an account from me. He bought it via sellix.

Bloko came to me that the account was registered with an email during his purchase. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE!! At first I was afraid that there might be an email on it. So I started investigating how and what. All my accounts that I register are registered on the domain @powerbassie.nl. I have set up a forwarder that everything before the @ is sent to my main powerbassie email. So that I receive everything in 1 place. After trying password recovery I received nothing, so it did not arrive in my email. Which is what I thought.

Bloko kept spamming me and immediately started about a refund of initially 1.4bill, then it quickly became 3bill. Without any proof, or anything. He couldn't provide me with anything that he had put on there.

I then tried everything for him (while I shouldn't have to, because I have nothing to do with it). I have been in contact for weeks and tried all kinds of solutions. Recovery attempts with all the info from the moment the account was created, ips, all data, recovery questions. Unfortunately without result.

There was also a ToS
Which states that I only do a refund within 24 hours <24hrs.

I think this is completely unfair, I have always acted honestly. I am incredibly sad. I don't understand how his scam report without any real info/proof, has caused me to be banned. I therefore also demand a complete unban, and also no TWC!! If I have to provide more proof, please let me know. I have put a lot of effort and time into trading on Sythe, I really want my account back.
