Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I messaged a player to buy a name in game. I was scammed and refunded. I was given a TWC for attempting to purchase a sniped name. I am not going to argue if I knew it was sniped or not as that is irrelevant to my dispute and a waste of everyone's time.

I did not violate any of the official Sythe.org rules by attempting to purchase a name through an in-game message. I have never been involved in name sniping. What I did was not scamming and not listed as a type of scamming per the Sythe.org official rules.

I have broken none of the rules in the names section. I did not attempt to sell any hacked, cracked, or phished names in the section or period. There is no listed rule prohibiting the purchase of names.

Anything else you wish to say: If there is a rule against purchasing names, it needs to be added to either the official Sythe.org rules or the name forum rules.

Also, there should be a list of CONFIRMED sniped names on Sythe.org to reference. The only list I even remotely know of is on Assassins discord server which I am banned from so cannot cross reference. This list is also not confirmed with any proof. Just because someone in the market says a name is sniped it doesn't mean it is, anyone can make an allogation. They might have business interest to damage competition by black listing their names.

I am not a “danger to the community” for messaging a guy to buy a name in RuneScape in game and I don’t think a TWC is warranted. And that is all.
