Thank you for the break-down above & this last order surrounding the IM/dragon bones - what date was this complete? It's quite difficult to follow what 7mo is saying in regards to this.

 

Thank you both for your patience, bit of a tricky one given the circumstances. This was discussed amongst staff.

The facts/timeline:

09/30/24 - 7mo03 started with a HCIM Starter job; of which 8 out of 10 accounts were complete. $50.40 was owed. There is some slight discussion surrounding this initial job in which you are under the impression that this was regarding a deposit but there's nothing concrete/100% that supports 7mo03 agreeing to this in the conversation reference here (Prove myself ≠ deposit, you also continue to state this job is fine that you don't have a deposit and can do this - again nothing concrete in regards to a deposit).

09/30/24 - 7mo03 finishes ticket-4459 for $.52. Total owed comes to $50.92.

10/02/24 - 7mo03 received a $10 tip. Total owed $60.92

10/02/24 - This is when the messages are surrounding showing other servers/price checking other servers/

Unfortunately, you cannot just pick and choose when to utilize/opt to utilize parts of your TOS:
You advised of concerns surrounding this message back on 09/29/24, but continued to let him start a HCIM job with no deposit netting you 30% of pay.
You advised of concerns with worker messaging customer outside of ticket in this message but none of this is sufficient/damaging to support withholding additional pay beyond what you already made. In fact, this appears to be quite opposite with the individual stating to please bring business through tickets (aka making you money). Again though this is something you were aware of pre-concerns & continued to let him work/bring in business/30% pay to you.
Your staff/manager (or so it seems) knowing of discussions outside of the ticket in this message.
You are referencing known for leaking screenshots which gives the assumption there were concerns with leaking importance prior in this message.

Staff does agree, however, that there are concerns in this message referencing 7mo03 quoting with a competitor & the way he went about doing this. Therefore, staff has ruled that your TOS would come into play at this point in time onwards surrounding any funds associated with this wallet (beyond the tip that he personally received on this same date).

Up until this point 7mo03 racked up $60.92 in his wallet for the jobs and the $10 tip. There is nothing in your TOS mentioned/reflected about holding funds/wallets from the workers for 7 days, which it appears you did-so in this case to review all of this shown in these messages.

In this case staff deemed the punishment sufficient in this case to withhold remaining funds after these messages + the fact that this user has now lost income/a job + the exposure from this report being public is sufficient punishment. You're also gaining the 30% from the work, still seem to have retained the customer given that they're providing you this documentation to support this report & more, & keep the wallet from the last job.

Please work amongst yourselves to pay this $60.92 owed. Please ensure this is paid out timely & let me know once this is done so I can mark this as resolved.
