    Hi @PopSmokeYYDS,

    Unfortunately we can not approve this request.
    In the report it was mentioned that Meno was responsibly and liable, so Meno was the one who had to refund you.
    However, you declined this. Nsea will still have to repay you in order to get back on this site, but unfortunately you can not receive repayment via our platform.

    Edit: I now see you linked two reports. This request for the report regarding Twisted Heart is valid. I've added you to the list.
