need help recovering account

Ok so heres my situation.
I know recovery questions, mem pin, some of the old passes.
but i don't know the rest. Is there a way I can still recover, or am I screwed?

I made this account in an internet cafe so I'm unable to tell you the ip.

 

If some one else is also trying to recover, it will be locked for a while.

 

justt put the cafe thing and and put the stuff you have and it should be fine...
