    Explanation of the trade:
    Qazi pmed on discord me with images of an account as he usually does. had a few accounts off him previously with no issues. we agreed on price for an account. He told me he was out of office, I offered to pay upfront and wait for when he was back in his office.
    Sent him the money and he then started to ghost me. I didn't think much of it other then maybe this is an actual job for him and maybe he doesn't work weekends.
    Come Friday I start to push a bit more when the situation with the other report comes to the forefront in conversation.

    How they scammed: Sold account to me but never delivered.

    @Howard07 thank you for confirming the refund.

    @Qazi Bilal typically a TWC could be issued in these situations for failing to provide your buyer of delays for several days. However, since you were already issued a DNT on a separate report that you will need to request a pardon for, no TWC will be issued here and I will go ahead and close this report.
