Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I think i was kinda of screwed into taking blame for this for my lack of knowledge of making a TOS. Just a small summery of what happend. I bought an account off of zombie, he had a policy where only i was able to have the password via password change link for 6 months and then i could change the email to mine. but if i do i lose all recovery support from him. So in reality i only have semi possession of the account. he could take it back and anytime since he still was the one with the link email. After about 4 months i got tired of the account (never played) and wanted to sell it. I found someone via sythe that was wanting to buy it, i informed them that i don't and have never had full possession of the account and zombie was the one with the email still and Anomaly was fine with that and continued in buying it. So him and zombie did all the account detail switches. After a couple of months i was informed that the account was recovered and anomaly was making a report against zombie. and from there https://www.sythe.org/threads/zombie-32b-account-recovery/ came about. I wouldn't of got banned if all i did was make a TOS saying i wasn't responable for it being recovered and. i just think it isnt' fair i'm perm market banned for not making a TOS when I clearly have no way in recovering that account from what i was giving. I also think its weird the account was recovered and lost 32b and no report was made for like 6 months.
