    You show me where I agreed to a 21 hp obby?? Please show me this, our entire conversation in DMs and your ticket was regarding a 10 hp 99 str I’ve only ever mentioned this, not a single dm or msg I’ve asked or showed any interest in anything other than this. You said you were working on two other accounts lower str levels but you NEVER mentioned their hp was 21. Give me my money back

    After going through the chat in the ticket, as well as checking the DM logs again this appears to be the result of poor communication on both sides during the trade.

    The request for a 10 HP obby was made by @danny041993 at the start of the ticket here, as well in DM before the agreement was reached and work began on the account.

    Staff have agreed that @Hitmans Accounts must refund @danny041993 the full 3b the latter paid for the account. Please let me know when this has been done.
