Hello, I was given TWC role 3 months ago and I appealed it once but it got rejected because of the Home IP rule, I'm moving a lot due to work.

A brief explanation of the situation: Our main discord server got nuked last year and we had a custom invite link " discord.gg/p2p".

After the nuke, I jumped on our Sythe threads and changed the content to lead to our new server. However, Somehow I forgot the url on one thread's title ( Not all our threads ) Everything inside All threads was leading to the new server.

He showed up on our server claiming that he used our old URL and joined a server similar to ours and got scammed and he was asking for compensation, He doesn't have any proof or proper screenshots that he got scammed, Also I've tried to use our old url many times it didn't lead me to anything.

In the end, I would like to point out that we've been never accused of scamming anyone since we started our server and we always get positive vouches from our clients.
