I can provide the customer screenshot of his email changing the password the day service was completed, and picture of the account with a amazon account linked to that is not his. You were the only worker to get on his account. He changed password right after you finished service. No one else had access to it AFTER service was finished.

Unfortunately that means there's no proof of the worker agreeing to your ToS, so ToS can't be used to keep their deposit and payments either. According to the other report, the deposit was $150. There's no clear number for the payments, but according to @kimDm it's between $100-150. Could you confirm the amount?
As @kimDm has debts, the funds will have to go to community repayment.

just want confirmation, if I pay the $150 to sythe, I’ll be free from this burden correct? And my DnT tag removed.

 

After further investigations I can conclude there is enough proof of @kimDm stealing the gold off this account.
Given the damages cost, the deposit and earnings will be forfeited. @swishahouse1337 has refunded his customer the full amount, proof is in a deleted post for staff to see.

No debt will be owed here.
