Business plan: give huge odds to recruit into the discord and website, get degenerate gamblers to deposit funds, experience technical difficulties when they are withdrawing any large amount of funds, keep minimal GP on hand for cash outs, offer extortionists rates on instant cash outs, wait for them to bet again and lose, profit.

I think if you added a “you have a 99% chance of cashing out but a 100% chance of losing everything” that might encourage players.
