I have a problem I think you can solve my problem. I was buying 500M from them and paid it in full.
Payment Proof :
He told me the location after 15 minutes late And at that time I was on a travelling Because of which there was a network issue which I also told him

when my network got fixed, I replied to him and he told me that I won't give you gold.
When I asked the reason, they said that they are late, we cannot give you gold, although they did not tell me in the term condition that you will not be given gold due to lateness.But still I said that you should refund me the payment but they don't know how to make the payment and I haven't received the full amount.
