Monkey Madness Help

[Abysal Rush]

When I couldn't complete monkey madness I decided I'd come to the 'Nice' Community of Sythe! I just found the mage gnome and have the enchanted bar.

Problem is I don't have protect from melee.. And only 34 defence.

I need to apperently run past some high levels, and I need help because I've already died there.

Anyone willing to help with this part, or the rest, add Abysal Rush.

IT's not hard just use monkfish and energy potions..

I did the quest on my 1 defence 1 prayer pure....

^^^ same, i did it at level 46, 1 def, 1 prayer, just take sharks and super energy pots, then go to a populated world, there will usually be people fighting the skeleton things down there, then make a run for it.
