I come to dispute my twc with the respect that every mod deserves I just want to say that I apologize I know it was not the best decision I made but here I am in front of my echos and I do not want something like this to happen again I will work more carefully so that nothing like this happens again so that everything continues normally and not lose my job and this new year I just want to do things right and start off on the right foot.

Your TWC is for outsourcing *without notifying your customer, which in your particular case means that you let your customer trade with someone who is not you or your worker, but another customer/supplier, without sufficiently informing your customer.

To be clear, you can have a supplier trade with your customer, but it must be clear that he's not trading with you in-game.

I hope you understand what I mean, because there are some concerns that it may not be clear to you exactly why you have this TWC rank.

You must notify your customer if you are outsourcing your trade.

Please translate this text if you need to, or have someone with a better understanding of our rules explain it to you.

Alternatively, you can contact me and ask if it's still unclear.

That being said, you have received a few vouches and I don't think you pose enough of a threat to warrant TWC, therefore I support the removal.
