    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
    I believe that more than 5 months ago I was tried to scam me and in my mistake, I included a business partner of sythe which he was more astute and saw my mistake and realized the person who was trying to scam me, it has been more than 5 months since then. This new year I am just looking to make things right and start off on the right foot. there is not much to explain that is not in the previous report: Appeal TWC
    so there is not much to say, I look forward to your decision.
