Explanation of the trade: I purchased 1200m OSRS gold via the link provided on PartyPeteShop's user profile this morning ~11am EST. Payment was made through PayPal and the money was sent.
How they scammed: At 11:30 I had still not received any communication from PartyPeteShop regarding my order. I sent a direct message to him at 11:34 asking for an update. imgur.com
After two hours of no response, I sent PartyPeteShop a message over discord at 1:30. I still have not received a response.
Attempts to use the live chat function do not work, neither has sending a message on PartyPeteShop's feedback page.
Other relevant trade screenshots: I have a screenshot of the order I placed on his website as well as a confirmation number and proof of payment through PayPal that I can supply to mods in a private message.

 

Update - was able to connect and resolve. No longer an issue.
