hello everyone just clarification for what's going on,

he just provided me the username without password so I linked it to jagex account and through Jagex account I directly logged onto it without password, and there is no way to change the password without the password of the account and @Rava is not providing the password, and we are not succeding to request password change request through "forgot password" option on jagex because of the new security update that jagex has done,
i will pay him fully once I get full access to the account and not partially, or he can take the account back, i will happily give it back to him.

 

He attached it to a jagex account but thought at that point he could still use the regular information.
He understands it now and he has paid me in full.
