Seems like 2 threads were posted in the right section, the other seems to have only been closed. He's only been posting advertisements, most of them in the wrong section, while also wasting staff time by breaking the same rules over and over again. He's most likely just a spambot, but either way deserves some kind of punishment for breaking the rules on several occasions.
