If you were thinking of purchasing, allow me to save you the time. 89 minutes into the inferno... jad, mager/range set and healer are up at the same time(no fast mode was not on) and it proceeds to blood barrage healers and sets to try and recover hp instead of clicking yellow potion(had 7 in inventory) long story short it dies and big man Jim doesn't provide extensions unless we are recording or runs. i provided him with screenshot of chat which shows how long the character was in the inferno as well as a clear message stating character died and restarted the inferno to wave 1.

normally this wouldn't have been a problem but i had 1 hour remaining before my license expired and there's no way this plugin is clearing in the one hour remaining.

The script developer you mentioned, the staff member you contacted, and the owner of Storm have all been involved in suspicious behavior (including blackhat activity) that have resulted in consequences on this forum.

It may be easier in the future to just pay someone to complete the Infernal for you. Getting any sort of compensation or understanding from Storm client staff or script creators will be a challenge. They would much rather fall on the sword that defames their product than to offer you an extra 89 minutes on a single script.

thank you for the message, at this point im beyond a return. i simply made this post to warn other consumers on this forum im not looking for any type of action against them.

these boys aren't here to build a business and have repeat customers. they are looking for short term rapid income to each their own i guess. i most definitely wont be returning as a customer there are plenty of providers out there who do the right thing simply because its the right thing to dot he fellas over at storm only do the right thing when they are forced to. they can keep the $85 hopefully that'll fill one of their fridges until next payday

Unfortunately as what you already posted which I have said before, we cannot extend your duration because you fail to meet the requirements aka providing a recording so I am not exactly sure what the point of your thread is as this isnt much of a warning but more of #freead so thank you robbie.

no plugins ever perfect - Gauntlet might die, ToA might fail a run etc. It was advised u record your run which you failed to do and your upset cause you're attempting to get a time extension without information they required as stated in their prior pinned post.
