Link to current Sythe account: Yousef Eraqy | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org)
Link to banned Sythe account(s): TOP_RSPS | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org) and STOCK RSPS GOLD | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org)
Reason: Yousef Eragy has an IP audit match with TOP_RSPS + all of the accounts has pretty similiar spelling, examples: Yousef Eraqy | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO ja 3 muuta sivua - Henkilökohtainen – Microsoft Edge (gyazo.com) They all have "BUYING/SELLING {RSPS & 07}" in their occupation on their profile + All of them are focused mainly on RSPS scene + TOP_RSPS and Yusef Eragy seems to use "<3" in the end of an vouch they leave for someone

There is not enough here to suggest that they are the same person.
