This report is surrounding the following breakdown

• 2b (deposit)
• 365.04M from Tonil's work (SHOWN HERE)
• 2156.3M wallet balance
• 1912.2M in work that has not been started yet but was ordered

It appears Virt's server/wallet bot confirmed these numbers and/or Virt has acknowledged these numbers are correct.

OP isn't disputing the fact that he's accepted/acknowledged the TOS. However, he's indicating there could be a scenario in which the TOS was edited after the report was made, which is unable to be confirmed as Virt's server/discord is now banned/deleted. Given OP has acknowledged the 80% & in discussion in this thread/with me & has mentioned 80% on a number of occasions, I can only assume he's familiar/aware of the 80% refund from wallet. Therefore, the wallet balance would be refunded as such.

Virt is indicating that the 1912.2M in unfinished/unstarted work should be paid out at 80% rate as the refund would go to the wallet & then the 80% wallet refund TOS would come into effect, however there is no TOS surrounding refunded orders/not started orders/cancelling orders/etc. that have bene provided to date to support this, therefore this cannot be honored.

@VirtGold will need to provide @Tonil with the following:
- 2B @ 100% Rate
- 365.04M @ 100% Rate
- 2156.3M @ 80% Rate
- 1912.2M @ 100% Rate

It’s a new server and he just posted his terms, of course the date would be 08/31 if the server is brand new (there wasn’t any terms posted prior to this date & the start of his server as I joined it). There’s nothing to show editing & it appears to be the same wording from the original terms/original server GIF that was provided.

Please refrain from commenting further unless it is related to the refund or if any new concerns arise and they are relevant.

 

I'm not going to re-explain the decision & how it came to that as it's already been explained.

I'd recommend you two to block each other & go about your separate ways once this is done.

 

Yesterday you indicated that the deposit would be paid back in 13 days, therefore this would now be 12 days as of today. The remaining you indicated would be paid back in 4 days, which would now be 3.

Therefore, I will go based upon this time limit & everything should be paid within 13 days, per your words.

 

The outcome has been explained numerous times. It's not unfair - your TOS is just not covering aspects of what occurred during this & is poorly written. I'm also not sure why you're circling back regarding the 40-50% when your own breakdown isn't even referencing this:



Your breakdown is also lumping in many different payouts/scenario in one as the 3512.32M is a combination of direct payment for work @Tonil performed, money leftover in his wallet, & lastly money for orders he made but have yet to start/will not start due to this report.

You've already agreed the 2000M is at 100% which is his deposit
All parties & I are in agreement with the wallet figures of 2156.3M paid out @ 80%, per the TOS.
365.04M is related to Tonil's work he performed for you
1912.2M is work that was ordered that has yet to start - you have no TOS reflecting anything associated with non-started work/unfinished work/refunds going to wallets/etc. so we are unable to honor the request to refund back to a wallet & then refund the wallet at 80% as the user has not requested a refund directly to his wallet.

Regarding your remaining concerns about work disruption/business harming/etc.:
- You've seemed to indicate he's making new discords/sythe accounts to disrupt your business but there's not anything you've provided to support it is him. I'd recommend that you block these users and remove them from your server if you feel necessary.
- You've seemed to indicate frustration with negative reviews on Trustpilot - Sythe does not police Trustpilot nor are we able to control individuals who leave feedback elsewhere. Users are allowed to leave negative feedback based on their experiences.
- You've seemed to indicate the OP is responsible for removing your discord account/servers, however there's not anything you've provided to support it was him.

If you're upset about an individual saying mean things to you please utilize the block feature and walk away from your computer screen. Going forward both of you should work on the resolution of this report & avoid any additional comments/remarks to one another. I'd also recommend you iron out your TOS to better assist against situations that may arise such as this.
