Explanation of the trade:
How they scammed:Banned account by false accusations to avoid paying out the winnings. accusing me of breaking section 11 of their ToS which is a lie. Section 11 says that its not allowed to use a proxy on their website which i never used in my life. The admin continued to lie in my support ticket for longer period of time providing ip that were allegedly used on my account which are not mine and from a completely diffrent country. When offered to fullscreen screenshare my computer to the admin while showing the ips he provided are not mine+ showing that there are no proxy programs on my computer the proof offered was ignored.
The admin offered to pay back a ridiculous ammount of around 1% of my balance(ammount i deposited to the website innitially.
Long story short:the admins noticed my account winning over 100x of what i deposited and decided to lie about me breaking a rule i never broke.

In this instance, our system automatically flagged the user's registration IP (will provide to admins) and subsequent betting IPs (will provide to admins), all identified as proxies based in ****, Austria. This automatic detection led to the suspension of four accounts. Upon further review, one user admitted to using a proxy, another was cleared, and the remaining accounts, including the one discussed, were found to have violated our policies.

Despite these infractions, we have offered a refund of the initial deposit of 11.11 tokens made by the user in question. We still have an open support ticket in our discord server that we would like to share alongside all ip logs on our domain.

We use reputable tools like awebanalysis.com and ipqualityscore.com for our investigations, ensure that we uphold the integrity of our platform and safeguard our user community. Admins, please reach out for more proof.

i cannot access the site but the admin can confirm that i had around 1110 in balance and a open withdraw ticket of 400. in a 2hour talk in support ticket he was accusing me of proxy using but today in this sythe post he randomly added "creating multiple accounts" which i never did and he never even accussed me in the 2hour long discord ticket conversation.

Balance at the time of termination: 1146.90 tokens

Yes, upon registration. The user can NOT register without agreeing with terms & conditions. There are two terms that have been broken so we disavowed the user from using our platform.

Is the sole reason for account termination the use of a proxy by the user?
Yes, the use of proxy on registration and while betting will result in an automatic ban by our internal system. Pointing to two different countries and all flagged as proxies by online tools.

We do not allow proxies because we have a weekly race and the same user can enter multiple slots on the race, can tip other accounts (even their own) to delude the race. They can also claim multiple bonuses and also share them between accounts. We take this policy very seriously and this user abused our social casino. It is all stated in the terms & conditions, and since the account was registered using a proxy we cant verify if it's another violation of one account policy. We are speculating that these other accounts are the same user, so the proxy ban is the sole reason for the account termination.

It is also important to note that the user wasn't betting with their own funds, but rather some other user who tipped the funds. You will see in the screenshots the user admitting to using proxy, and getting tipped 50 tokens by another user. This other user was also proxied and admitted to wrong doing in our support tickets (see attached). Our terms also state that anyone betting under a proxy are subject to having their bets rolled back if the proxied user tipped or distributed funds the bets of everyone involved will be voided.

Provide evidence to support their statements:
We will submit all evidence which correspond to these statements. Our developer is currently sleeping so we will provide full logs in next 24 hours. I have attached several screenshots for further proof.

Another lie on top of the pile. My account was never tipped by my friends that were also playing on the same at the same time, only i tipped them not the other way around.

All I would like to add is that I seen multiple IPs used for betting, all linked to Austria and all marked by online tools as high risk/proxy. Registration IP is completely different, returns as proxy, different country.

At the time user started betting yesterday had a very low balance and then from 0.33 tokens went to 59.19 token instantly. Database returns logged tip by other user. I believe owner sent screenshot of that change in balance.

Next thing, user who tipped this user with a "little" 50+ tokens tip admitted to using proxy after denying it. In ToC stated that bets will be voided if user violated ToC same applies to users who were involved. There is a better wording but cant pull it out today since I am not on pc.

Proxy can be used to claim multiple rewards, claim multiple positions in weekly race, distribute rewards between other accounts, claim multiple bonuses and so. I think every casino has the same Terms.

2. No the owner has not been honest with me at all. Lieng ahout me breaking a rule i never broke. The only way for me to contact the owner was asking a friend to go on the website and get me a invite link to the discord server.

- Next, the user complaining here was found using a proxy on registration with an IP linking to Croatia. All bets were made two days ago from again proxied IP and a different country (screenshots can be submitted at the request of Mod/Admin). We are discussing proxies used on registration, not just betting. We do understand that players can unintentionally use a proxy while crawling a website, but in this case, the proxy use is also determined while agreeing to our terms and condition on registration (the process view is attached below). Based on the tipping user and user in question here, and that both used proxies raised questions under terms section 8, Single Account Policy. In this case, we don't have solid proof, only the behavior of these two proxied users and the trend of using proxies on registration and betting. But the fact that the user in question also used to hide their true IP on registration and betting violates our terms section 11 - ban, voided bets. All of this is stated in sections 11.1 - 11.6
- Agreement to Terms. Since the development stage of the website, there were always agreement prompts on the registration form; please see the media:

- Ban was issued by system auto-detection. Three users in total were affected. One admitted to proxy use, one was cleared and unsuspended, the third is here trying to bend the rules with clear evidence of two violations, and the third is in question/speculation.
- User initially deposited 11.11 tokens on the day of launch, almost a week ago; at the time of starting betting two days ago, the balance of the user was <0.50 tokens and all other betting funds were claimed in the form of tips of other proxied user (mentioned above).

EDIT. - the user was banned by the system; we do run periodic tasks four times a day, scanning for "flags". Doing manual checks for every user would take too much time and is practically impossible. The moment the system caught the user, admins were notified to investigate and confirm the ban. Again, a total of 3 users were caught and banned without exception at the same time. One admitted (got funds voided, deposit returned, case solved), one got falsely flagged for using multiple home IPs (unbanned), and the third (this user), even though every data and detail proves violation, is denying everything.

The owner is USA based, so I thought I would fill these gaps for this case since I am in the UK and awake.

I am a dev of the website, and I am paid % by the casino due to the work I did, I have as much access to data as the owner. And please, no name-calling. At this point, this is the whole conversation data vs denying data. The fact you are lying about tips lied about proxies is enough for me. Also, please do not talk to me; let the moderators/admins investigate. I will only respond to the staff here if they need any more evidence. Other than that, the owner himself will solve this case.
