Remove 2FA

Getting back into using Sythe and have been locked out of my main account (Butter) for a while now since changing phones and losing access to my 2FA app. I had a similar issue in 2018 where I needed to get my 2FA removed and was accepted, maybe that can be used to verify I am the account owner?
