Thanks for resolving this, @Worthy Services. However, after further discussion with the staff team, we feel that further punishment is necessary for the following reasons:

• Dying on hardcore Ironman in a relatively safe activity: This whole issue could have possibly been avoided if the worker had used an escape crystal (a new item) or a ring of life.

• The horrendous customer service: There were nasty attitudes displayed towards the customer, and they were treated horribly to the point of being tilted.

• Bad trading practices: There were issues with the trading practices that were deemed unacceptable.

For these reasons, @Worthy Services will receive a TWC (Trade With Caution) which they can dispute here within 30 days. This TWC will also be extended to @ChellBell as she is seen as the same user under Sythe rules. If either of them successfully disputes this, it will lead to the removal of both of their TWCs. However, they are limited to one dispute between the two of them per 30 days.
