Explanation of the trade: Purchased a max cape main about 8-9 months ago for $2500-2700 CAD via BTC.

The account was purchased with Insurance, it has been recovered and the password recovery attempt was not successful according to Chicksgold livechat team.

How they scammed: The account was recovered and also the username was changed from " 1000Gz " to " justwanking "

I don't recall agreeing to any TOS but I assume I did by making the purchase.

Regarding the insurance, The insurance I purchased was 1 year I think it was $250.. @Keith actually suggested I purchase lifetime insurance but I wasn't feeling the need as chicks had a good rep at the time. Although at the the time of the account being recovered the account was insured and still is till this day.

 

I will not accept this account back as it is unsecure, I paid top dollar because I thought I was in good hands.... If I wanted a cheap max I could of got one from a random for $1200

 

I also didn't include the gold I lost on the account which was only 300-350m total including untradeables.

Password resets for the account aren't arriving in our company email, so we have to go through the account recovery process with Jagex, which can take up to 48 for a response on their end. We will be more than happy to issue a replacement account or a refund for the account if we cannot restore access to the account by end of day tomorrow as we should have a conclusion by then. You can go ahead and refund as i will not accept this account back... Big waste of my time.. And i suggest you guys sell accounts that you guys are the OO of because reports are not healthy for business.

Also paying back 300-350m would also be nice ? I know you are not required to but i've always been a good customer.

 

I've had upwards of 15-20b on this account I'm just lucky I haven't in a few months.

 

First off i would like to see the conversation between the OO and chicksgold during this " recovery " I'm very certain this account was recovered by no one other then the OO, probably because he seen it was sold and wanted to see if the account had any big amounts of GP...

Unfortunately I will not accept this account back, It was recovered and also the In-Game name was changed. It is NOT secure at all like they claim!

Lets remember that the account was registered under their email and the first attempt was a fail at attempting to recover... I paid Top dollar for this account thinking I was in good hands. I will not return to this account..

Also I don't understand why you guys at @Chicks Did not notify me or failed to see the account was recovered... It's pretty unprofessional for such a big business, When a accounts registered email is changed the previous registered email is notified of the change, But you guys failed to see this?

 

As per our TOS we offered a replacement account or the original account back within the timeframe of promised resolution. OP opted to retain the original account as he did not find a replacement account suitable for his initial purchase.

First off you are not even the person I was speaking to, Second your team told me they have other similar accounts coming in soon for a " replacement ", And Third you guys don't give a shit about me or the account. You 100% fail to have any understanding over at chicks that the account is unsecure and has 0 use....

If I put 5-10b on the account for pvming and it gets hacked you guys will not give two fucks, The account is legit useless at this stage and im sure anyone not working with Chicks will understand this as they dont care about customers and just care about their next meal.

Lets also not forget I was given 0 apologies or compensation... The 300-350m wasn't even thought of to be granted as compensation, you guys are complete jokes and trashy. I will never do business again with you people.

Your ToS states on the second recovery you will give a refund of the original purchase amount is this even true? Because it's complete hell dealing with Chicks and his unqualified team.

 

Also you guys are offering me accounts valued at about $500 CAD less in value for a replacement is disturbing. In court I'm sure I'd win but I'm sure sythe staff will side with @Chicks and his unqualified team of joksters.

 

I paid $2700 total and these are the 2 accounts they offer me as replacements.. This will show everyone what kind of jokes these people at chicks really are.
