✶ Before paying, the customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data (Discord Unique ID + Discord ID) (If in doubt, ask for proof through Sythe PM!)
✶ At the start of the work, the client must have made a deposit of at least 50% of the cost of the work.
✶ During the execution of the work, the customer is prohibited from entering the account - If this is discovered, the work is interrupted, and the amount paid is not refundable.
✶ If the account should be locked during the execution of the order, the service provider has the right to interrupt the work and the amount paid will be returned to the customer.
✶ If the customer still decides to cancel the service during the service, the service provider is not obliged to return the money paid.
✶Before starting the work, the service provider informs about the duration of the work, and the client is obliged to agree in writing to the conditions, confirming that he is aware of and agrees with everything written in the conditions.
✶ If the customer changes account access during the service, he cancels the order and the service provider is not obliged to return the money.
✶ If for some reason the service provision & completion of the work is difficult, the work will be interrupted, the client will be informed and the amount paid will be returned to the client's account within 5 minutes after the notification.
