Explanation of the trade:
I purchased a base 70 melees account along with 100m to go with it.
How they scammed:
Chicks gold is selling in-house accounts that are made with bots/scripts with no mention of them being botted/scripted. The account I was sold had a previous ban on it, which was not disclosed at all on the website or in chat. It is advertised as 100% manual. I purchased an account with 100m gold that was shortly banned again after I recieved it.

The account in question was sold on 4/6/2023 and the ban occurred 5 days later on 4/11/2023 for macroing. The account had a previous macroing minor ban on it from 3/8/2023 that we weren't able to verify beforehand because the account was sold without an email. Our in-house accounts are manually trained by workers of ours. False positives can occur due to numerous reasons and we would have been more than happy to replace the account at any point in time.

Despite the permanent ban happening 5 days after purchase, we we're still willing to offer a replacement account of the same build, plus 50m, which is half of the gold that was allegedly on the account. Per our websites terms of service we are not responsible for wealth on accounts, but still chose to offer 50m in compensation out of goodwill from our end which you weren't interested in. We were also willing to offer 100m which would have covered the full cost of the account plus about half the gold which you also refused.

We let you know ahead of time that if a report was made that would nullify any goodwill we had on our end and would only refund the cost of the account you purchased. We can't verify what happened with the account within the 5 day span it was fully in your possession or any of the contents on the account. We are still willing to refund the full cost of the account, but are no longer interested in compensating for any of the gold that was allegedly on the account due to the report.

 

Incorrect. I let you know that I would make a sythe report days and hours in advance. It was ignored for days as will be shown in transcripts of chat.
Nor did you say that the offer would be taken away. My gold was ordered WITH the account. Check edits for transcripts of the WHOLE chat provided by their website intercom.

A resolution was offered, I told them give me 10 minutes to make lunch as I’ve waited days for them. If they want to close this out with the most current offer that was given via live chat they can contact me.

 

We've already stated via our livechat our compensation we're willing to offer which you can choose to accept or decline. We have nothing else to add on our end unless requested by mods and will wait for a ruling.

 

Transcripts shows that manager Aka grendmas moved forward and terminated any offers while I was at lunch which is noted in transcripts. The resolution was solved but he backed out.
