So he doesn't have GP.

Yet the victim of his problem has pointed out a good question.

If memory serves, it's against the rules to bump threads misleading customers considering you don't actually have stock. That is false advertisement/market manipulation.

user has instead decided to what I assume autobump his thread several times instead of fixing his issue.

This is just two of the thread posts, but i'm sure you can count more than a few handfuls via his thread - [$500 Donor] Selling OSRS Gold Best Rates Many Methods Fast and Safe due to the unknown amount of times he has bumped that and/or other threads without actually providing what he is claiming he trades.

 

I'm closing this as that report's still active; staff will handle these things in the original report and it'll likely already be accounted in their decision-making process. If you think they may have missed it then feel free to report their closing post or message the staff member.
