Your 1 picture was before the deal happened. Not only that, but it is from the spam discord. And as far as I am aware, things said in there are essentially meaningless in cases like this

There is enough to suggest that there is an agreement between the two of you. Based on this screenshot, @itank pepsi should have paid her immediately ("rn"). Meaning within reasonable time from that moment.
@ChellBell fulfilled her end of the deal, you didnt fulfill yours, so Chelsea has a claim of 50$ on you. Given that you should have paid her already, it is an open debt. Generally this would warrant a DNT untill resolved, but I don't find that necessary in this situation.

And yes, Sythe does take on general non-performing of contractual obligations claims.
