Link the current Sythe account: Safe Haven
Which violation you are reporting the user for: Blackhat/Malicious Activities/Ban evading
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: It has come to my attention that Safe Haven has made efforts to sell unauthorized access to my bot client. Subsequently, they have engaged in the sale of the compromised version of the client to customers of mine. This act of breach of trust and intellectual property theft is highly deplorable and unacceptable. It is imperative that measures be taken to address this matter and protect the integrity of my product.

First off I wasn’t selling anything I was inviting him and second off I’m not sure who the other people who tagged me with.

 

Anyway @Squire before you go trigger happy with the report, I suggest you get your facts strait. It was off-sythe and I was never mentioning a “sale” or compensation in return.

 

Distribution of stolen goods is illegal, which falls under Blackhat activity. You should be banned.

 

Well good thing I didn’t distribute anything, don’t see in your incredible video any form of file shared or any link of any sort.

There are two allegations in this report:

1. The first one concerns ban evading - I can be brief about that - there is not enough to link @Safe Haven to the mentioned accounts
2. The second one concerns blackhat activities.

-Safe Haven was found to invite people to a discord server which allegedly promotes or sells cracked clients
-Squire has complained about this on the basis that this harms his business

The rules regarding black hat activities can be found here:

Blackhat/Malicious Activities: Using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent directly or indirectly affecting Sythe users. Will result in a temporary ban and a DNT.

In this case, Safe Haven does not fall under the scope of this rule. Him contacting users on discord to join said server does not equal him distributing this software or cracking it. Furthermore (and most importantly), this all happened off-Sythe. @Squire has rightfully pointed out that allowing these acts on discord gives users a way to bypass the blackhat rules on Sythe.
