In 2019, Andy self report himself for self-vouching. Of course, this is a hidden post. That thread links to a self-vouch with Kiki.

Kiki sold an account with the email address [email protected]. When searching that email, you get to Kite.

Kite was selling the name "Cierra" here.

Care was also selling the name "Cierra" here.

Care is banned for scamming offsite.

Check for a geo match they are the same person. Andy and care both types the same way. The age of Andy and Care both appear to be the same.

Now, this could be brought up that maybe this was Andy's girlfriend, which I believe was mentioned in the original post. But you can see how that was treated with @King when his alleged brother scammed.

Another counterpoint could be that this scam was almost a decade ago. Although that's true, this is an admin who is supposed to be held to the highest standard, who still owes hundreds of dollars (probably a lot more today) in debt.
