They're stating they've 2k capes done, I have my doubts about this.

Hi I’ll be posting on behalf of Worthy Services as the co-owner of it.

You can have your doubts if you want. Nothing I can really do about it as our first discord server and Worthy’s first account was deleted, including all of our old ticket transcripts. So all of them will not be able to be provided. This is a known event in the community.

And as far as the thread advertising goes for the nitro, I believe using words like “cheapest” in your title are not considered misleading.Considering you can see many threads, in many sections, with different providers stating they are the “cheapest” or the “fastest.” Or whatever it may be.

I have edited it to remove Netflix. Didn't change any prices, you can ask a mod if you want.

Excel can be forged so I’m not sure that would be a good way of proving it :3

However my statement still stands as above. We lost everything with Worthy’s first discord being deleted. We switched to a discord bot that holds our database about a month after our new server, however it only tracks p/l of the server based of gold and the amount of services complete.

If the mods would like us to change our thread title we have no problem doing so. However I cannot provide any ticket transcripts from the old server (nearly 2 years worth)

 

I’m sure @Seth2020 can acknowledge the amount of capes he did for us in our old server. Was it 2k? No. But we’ve utilized many inferno capers in the past few years, but I know he did a lot of them.

The allegation is false advertising. Rules regarding advertisement can be found here: The Official Sythe.org Rules, A stricter enforcement of the False Advertising rule

"1. Thread titles and bodies must be accurate and up-to-date.

This generally refers to prices but it can also pertain to payment methods, online status, etc. Your threads and titles must be kept accurate at all times. Any information provided in your thread title or body must be completely accurate. If your price changes, you will be expected to update that promptly. If you are not using a certain payment method but you claim you are, that will need to be updated as well. If you find yourself unable to keep this information up-to-date, please leave it out. It is much more preferable to have no information than false information."

With regards thread 1; Worthy Services is not violating the false advertisement rule. Words like "cheapest" and "best", fall within the scope of marketing terminology and are subjective. They are not determinable, because they are non-comparative because no out group has been determined. See also: [DENIED] Ban false advertising

With regards to thread 2; Worthy Services is violating the false advertisement rule. The burden of proof to show that they have said amount of capes completed is on them. They have failed to proof of this mainly due to their server being deleted in 2021 and also due to negligence. Or to say it in Chelsea's own words: "I’ve showed you proof of over 18k ticket transcripts and I have refused to go through them". Nevertheless, rules are rules and because this is the first infraction the following penalty will be given:

-1st offense: Infraction and a 24-hour lock of the offending thread
