For Admins/Mods: I am posting on behalf of Sammich and as Lead admin of service/scripts. I believe I know who this user is, so please see point five below for further information. If the user wants to provide chat logs on Discord so that we can match a name and see what conversations have been had, we will provide our side of the discussion in full.
Let's start by saying I imagine I know who you are. I suppose you are the same person that posted on Reddit this morning with the same post style, rhetoric, punctuation, etc. You have now spammed multiple forums here and created posts on other threads about scam reviews, the software breaking, and your license being broken.

1. Our reviews have been reviewed by the Mods/Admins here and on Reddit. I have provided them to the mods/admins in the past, and it has been shown that there is no coercion, extra benefit, payment, or any other form of compensation for user reviews. We do not force anyone to review in any location, including Discord, Reddit, or Sythe. Until a month ago, when I lost my secondary data drive, I had a screenshot of every single review posted on Sythe/Reddit saved from each Discord user on our server.
2. Yes, the software has bugs, as all software does. We do our best to tackle them as they are brought to our attention, and we typically let folks know when something is broken so that they do not use a broken script which may cause them to get banned in OSRS due to suspicious activity. If you have issues, you can either PM me or Sammich or ask in the Discords help channel that every Premium/Exclusive member can access where another member or Myself/Sam can respond with guidance.
3. Licenses do not just break. The licensing is tied to your computer's HWID, which only changes based on main board components and is used by many folks on this forum to lock products to one computer per copy purchased. That being said, every once in a blue moon, a license will stop functioning, even with the same HWID. If this is the case, we remove the old license and assign a new one AT NO COST to the member having the issue. If the software is moved to a different computer or virtual machine, a new HWID is generated based on that computer/VMS hardware. Within 30 days of purchase, we offer one no questions asked, no-cost license swap to the new HWID. After that, as stated in our Terms of Service and purchasing agreement on our site, you will require a $10 license swap. This is for folks buying new computers or wanting to use a virtual machine down the line of owning the software typically.
4. Contacting Sammich or myself is pretty straightforward. We handle 95% of traffic via Discord PMs which are always open (if you can't PM, then you add us as a friend) and we respond typically within 24 hours of the message unless there is a drastic situation (emergencies, etc.). If a user does not have a Discord account, we also have an email system via our Website that is operational so long as the site is up and running. This is checked daily for new emails, and they are responded to as fast as we can check them.
5: IF you are the member I am thinking of that was dealt with this morning via Discord PMs (Which is very likely, as logs show only one member has had their key revoked in the last 30 days, and it's you), then you might want to include that you were pretty rude and condescending in the manner that you chose to ask for support. When Sammich asked you to be more polite and stated he didn't appreciate how your comments were made, you decided to post a picture of our chat to him where I had helped you a few minutes earlier, essentially calling him unprofessional and telling him he needed to revise his messages to customers. After this, you two went back and forth with each other for a bit when Sammich decided to fully refund you via Stripe (Pictures can be provided as needed) and revoke your license access to the scripts, as he has full rights to do. No money has been kept on our side, and Stripe fees, if included, have been covered in the refund.
Please feel free to post with more information so we can get to the bottom of this. We can discuss this further if you can counter these points with screenshots/proof of scamming. Still, so far, all you have done is post "SCAM SCAM SCAM" with zero evidence to back any claim up, and it is getting ridiculous at this point, and I highly doubt you have much to back up any claim you have reported thus far.
