Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
I obtained an account on a gambling site to abuse swap rates, there was evidence that linked the account being owned to someone who is a serial scammer which resulted in me being banned, after proving my innocence that I am not this person with geolocation, ID, billing information which was all verified by my paypal donation and sythe admins, I was unbanned however I remained TWC due to having deleted messages with said so user.

I will no longer do business with this user and I have learned my lesson, not only for my own risk of capital but also that I need to be more careful of who I'm trusting, as i did know this user was not completely legit but I did not realise the scale of unlegitimacy, ontop of this I have cleared my debts for abusing the swap rates totaling around $1k, and as far as I know we're in good standings.

I don't necessarily believe you're a threat, but you never really addressed why you deleted chat-logs other than saying you won't associate with the user anymore which makes me feel like you're hiding something for whatever unknown reason. For that reason I can't support this time around.
