Dispute my TWC

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: ImKansas had sold gold via our website during a weekend while I (the manager /accountant ) was offline. The livechat agent online had trouble making the payment via the method the customer was requesting,
and therefore the payment got delayed until I was back (was a little over a day delayed). Being that the payment for his sale was not instant a TWC was issued. This template asks me to state "why i disagree with the decision". I don't "disagree" with the decision,
as it is the sythe rules, and a conclusion the mod who handled the report came to. I understand the decision, and instead of saying why I "disagree" I can state what has been done to correct this from happening again. Livechat agents have been given
new responses/scripts for customers requesting instant payments, to ensure that an instant payment won't be promised in any way shape or form - that will end up getting delayed again. Over the very long time I have been on sythe, you will see this is not a recurring
issue with me. This was a one time fluke mistake, which was immediately fixed when I was online - and measures have been put in place to make sure it does not happen again. It has been over 30+ days since the TWC was issued, and am therefore requesting removal of the TWC.

Anything else you wish to say: I am not a repeat offender of late payments, and do not have a big history of this occuring in my long history on here. This was a one time unfortunate situation that lead to a customer not getting his payment instantly. Measures have since been
put in place to make sure it doesn't repeat in the future.
